  Staff and food were great... Let us stay past closing time to finish up... Didn't complain. Only room for Improvement would be speed of drinks service. Great family restaurant.

  Not sure what the hell went wrong with this branch. Nobody to serve you and everything takes for ever. Stay away even if you miss the real Spur in South Africa and rather go to McDonald's.

  The worst service I have ever experienced. Went for my friends birthday dinner and the waitress was incredibly rude. She dropped half of the chips off a child’s plate and half of the calamari off another plate and did not apologise nor replace the food she wasted. 3 of our sauces were forgotten and when telling the waitress she proceeded to not believe us and count the sauce on the table as if we were lying. We were rushed out and not even offered a dessert menu. My friend was supposed to have a dessert and be sung happy birthday to which also did not happen. Incredibly disappointed.

  I had the biggest steak they served and was not satisfied at all . The steak was not fresh and not warm enough .

  The venue is amazing and great for kids, but when you're faced with dry and horrible food, the ease of kids playground, doesn't outweigh the rubbish food.
