  Very nice spacious gym with top quality equipment. The number of cardio machines they have is amazing. Also the staff are very friendly and approachable. They are willing to spend that little bit extra time and effort to show or explain something. Love that. Only qualm is, they aren't particular about enforcing hygiene to the patrons. The spray n wipe thingy is actually the most important item in any gym. Bacteria in a gym spreads faster than wild fire. Many people don't wipe down the equipment after they use it. They don't feel the need to as the staff aren't walking around or observant enough to enforce that. Other than that I love it here.

  The manager Sue is amazing. Very caring of what she does and super involved in trying to offer her members the best of all the local businesses can offer in respect fitness and health.

  Decent atmosphere but some real dirty pigs leaving sweat stains on all the equipment. Equipment getting old now and needs replacing.

  Great gym. Friendly staff. Great place to go and get a good workout in.
