  Messaged them on Facebook to ask for pricing and to make a booking. I specifically asked for ‘shellac on fingernails and toenails’ and they said it was going to be $55 total. I even double checked if that was gonna be the total price and they said yes. Went in, waited 30 mins from the appointment time - I even came in 10 mins early - got my appointment confused, got my nail length wrong, one finger started bleeding, and I didn’t complain. At the end of the appointment they say it’s going to be $75 total. I told them I was under them impression it was going to be $55 as per the fb messages, and they said they read my message wrong and didn’t tell me it was going to be $10 extra for shellac and demanded $75 total despite the messages I received earlier. Will never return.

  Not very efficient, had a vibe that they treat customers differently on their cultural background (if you’re a white middle aged woman you’ll be treated ok but they will still rush everything), most shellac chipped/came off after 5 days, poor hygiene of machines and tools (considered getting an STI check after they made my fingers bleed with their tools), and lastly they continuously up sell their products - saying a price and at the end of the appointment it’s about 20 dollars more. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

  Terrible experience! SNS Nails came off within days, the girl who did my nails was on her mobile speaking a different language the whole time, acetone used had someone's else's colour sitting in the bottom of the bowl. Poor hygiene, poor customer service and poor quality!
