  Has a great special - half price Wednesdays. Place is usually packed because of this, however it is generally pretty good value anytime. The food is fresh and there's lots of variety to choose from the train. Plus there's also items from the menu like bento boxes and special dishes. Tea is good to go with your meal and is reasonably priced by cup or pot.

  To top all that off it was waaaaaaaay over priced and if I had the guts to make a scene and be (in my opinion) rude, I would have refused to pay for what the restaurant deemed as food.

  That had to be the worst soft shell crab i had tasted in my entire life! Talk about cardboard and no spice or flavouring of any sort but innards and old oil. The sauce accompanying it was sub-par and the lettuce tasted gross, not fresh at all!

  The udon noodle soup - soup flavour too dense, the chicken had some sort of coating on it like a batter? that was coagulated from being in the water, not to mention tasting burnt. Chargrillled and soaked in udon soup is not appetising! I eat bad food coz I don't like wasting food or money, so for me to not be able to stomach another mouthful really goes a long way in saying how disgusting that soup was.

  I personally didn't try the miso, but to see my sushi loving miso soup crazy kids not even have a second spoonful must mean it was horrendous.

  All the food was bad and could not be finished. I love Japanese cuisine, I go very often to different places. I stopped coming here years ago because of bad taste and overpriced for its quality, but we came again because a group member wanted to go so I didn't object and hoped it had improved since my last visit. It hadn't - it was so much worse.
